For far too long, many of us have stayed silent when we’ve needed to speak up. We’ve stayed busy instead of focusing on what’s important. We’ve put off taking action for when things get really bad. And for some of us, these feelings have only intensified since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.

There’s no more time to wait. Through this crisis, we see how interconnected we are. The way we change the world is by starting with ourselves.

If each of us works towards being as strong, healthy and awake as we can be, the world WILL change. Let’s find our voices and turn up our empathy. We didn’t ask to have our activity restricted, but we can take this as an opportunity for metamorphosis. We can each do our part. And we can do it together.

The when we’ve been waiting for is now.

In response to our current times I’d like to invite you to be a part of a conversation for change, where we use empathy to create unity.

You can start by joining me in a healing and transformative 21 day guided journey. We will use three weeks to clarify what’s most important to each of us and to work together for the greater good. Our work can have a lasting positive impact on all of our lives and the world, and can offer comfort to those who are struggling.

For nearly thirty years, I’ve worked as a therapist and executive coach helping clients and corporations navigate uncharted territories in order to thrive. To create this journey, I’ve drawn from my experience as a social worker during the AIDS pandemic as well as from my work as a first-responder in the days after 9/11.
